Volunteers perform many functions including medical expertise, greeting patients, assisting with the intake process, supporting local community screenings, and providing administrative support.

Donate or Volunteer

Your financial support is needed. While we keep our costs as low as possible, we are entirely supported by grants and private donors, and the operation of the Eye Clinic requires financial support. Some patients need additional financial support as well in order to obtain surgery, additional care, eyeglasses, or medications they need. Looking to the future, we have an endowment fund as well. 


Your donation will help us realize our VISION FOR THE FUTURE


  • Double the number of people we serve within the next five years
  • Treat more children, growing from 10% to 20%
  • Hire a full-time optometrist to serve patients more efficiently
  • Attract more volunteer doctors and volunteer ophthalmic technicians
  • Offset expenses, as our patients are not charged for care or treatment
